As a Certified Mortgage Planner it‘s essential I ask specific questions and by listening to my clients needs I am able to better diagnose and prescribe a financial plan that best fulfills those needs. This allows me to create mortgage solutions that accomplish my clients short and long term financial and investment goals along with their payment and equity objectives.
